I have done hundreds of firmware updates. Maybe a thousand. Today I hit the brick wall. Fixed a copy quality issue and decided to check firmware version. It was very old. (103)..Already had 300/335 on my laptop, so I put the firmware on my usb and began download. It went all the way through but indicated the HDD part failed. I have seen this several times also. I simply download the HDD again alone.and everythig works. Not this time. The Hdd fail code is H00 ( other )..I tried earlier versions without success. Can anyone offer input???

Is this a es355 and not an 356? Had some issues with the ebx machines giving strange faults due to the hard drive.It didn't say that I couldn't do it in the manual. -

Problem resolved.. I skipped trying to download firmware using port on front of copier. Downloading from rear usb port solved everything..Comment
