    Toshiba es3530c c580

    Hello

I have a strange one I think. I have an es3530c that works fine until it goes into energy save mode. When it comes out the machine pops a c580 code. The customer can turn the machine on and if it does not enter energy save it will work fine all day but if it ever goes into energy save it pops the code when it comes out. Unfortunately they do not want me to disable the energy save mode. Any thoughts?

    Check the setting of 08-1912:
    Finisher model switching setting value 0: MJ-1030, MJ-1031, 1: MJ-1101

Check if the harness connecting the IPC board and the finisher controller PC board is disconnected or open circuited

You could have a bad converter board. If you change it, be sure that the finisher and converter are at compatable firmware levels. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
