Xerox Docucolor 12 error 10-356

Does anyone have any idea what type of fuser error results in code 10-356? The lower fuser roller cams up and down prior to coding, but I have eliminated the sensor. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Xerox Docucolor 12 error code 10-356 is caused from the External heat roll retract motor failing.

Replace this and you should be all right.
