My 5755 was working normal at my account for several. This past week it started to take a LOT longer to print anything. They tried different drivers and I upgraded it to the latest s/w from the Xerox site hoping that would fix it. No such luck. Then I tried printing to it with a crossover. No luck. It still takes a long time, even printing a test print! So it's not the driver, the s/w, their network...has anyone seen this problem?

Thanks, I did reload the software, upgraded to the newest and it still takes a minute or two to print a sheet. They had a 5755 before...it was jamming so it was replaced with another 5755. The previous one printed fine. Any ideas will be appreciated.Comment

It had 61.132.222... and now has 61.132.223.16190. The customer is printing using the same print drivers loaded from the Xerox website.Comment

The old one had 61.132.221 and is at my shop. Since I brought it back I upgraded the s/w to 61.132.223... and it runs fine for me. They said it was only jamming when 1 person tried to make copies, not printing. I did actually see it jam one time and it was a 8.150 jam (at the reg xport).Comment

What paper tray is used for copies and what one for printing ?
If when print there is no paper jam mean the problem is at one paper tray used for copies.Comment

By chance have they upgraded to Windows 10? Having same issues on quite a few machines? On the Xerox 5655 customer upgraded from Windows 7 to 10 and the machine started doing all kinds weird thing like just dropping offline, taking from 1-60 mins for a Scan to Folder and print job, times increases after it starts. PO/PO and the machine worked perfectly fine for a few months, then went to weeks, then to everyday. After updating firmware, reloading software and a little sweet talking, we replaced the IP board and everything is ok.
