By chance have they upgraded to Windows 10? Having same issues on quite a few machines? On the Xerox 5655 customer upgraded from Windows 7 to 10 and the machine started doing all kinds weird thing like just dropping offline, taking from 1-60 mins for a Scan to Folder and print job, times increases after it starts. PO/PO and the machine worked perfectly fine for a few months, then went to weeks, then to everyday. After updating firmware, reloading software and a little sweet talking, we replaced the IP board and everything is ok.

hai friend presently i think windows 10, printer is offline its just a matter

first install 5755 driver
then control panel, choose device and printer
select xerox workcentre 5755 icon select and right click, then again select printer properties
you select title menu ports and configure port
in a dialogue box, disable the SNMP STATUS ENABLE.
PRINTER OFFLINE GONE
PRINTER WORK FINE
