    Black copies intermittantly: Run 20 o.k. run 20 n.g
    Good copies from glass
    Black from DADF intermitantly
    Replaced: CCD
    Image Processing Pwb
    Power Dist. Pwb
    Any suggestions

      This is usual problem with this mashine
      1. Try to clean all lens and mirrors, check white strip under platten gless.

      2.Premature failure of the Scan Motor Bracket (PL 14.15, Item 18). The black rubber damper can pull away from the metal bracket. Initially the two metal plates start to look non-parallel from one another as the adhesive begins to release.As the machine continues to run eventually the rubber will completely separate from the bracket causing a loss of drive to the Scanner and a 14-110 code.
      Perform a physical inspection and adjustment if necessary

          Xerox C45 -
          Not a easy fix
          Whit strip - already cleaned
          Bracket ruber - already checked
          Wiring checked, and in good order
          Illum. Pwb - replaced
          LVPS replaced -
          CCD pwb - replaced
          Needs a software - calibration?

          Anyone familiar with this machine, and or this problem.
