Blank Copy - Xerox M15i

Hi,

Only copies from the platten or ADF show the fail?
Internal prints ou sent by PC are ok?

PS. the hight voltage PS is in same PWB in the lower voltage PS.

M15i Blank Copies

Pull the back cover and check the ribbon cable that goes to the scanner/CCD, if it comes loose, it will give blank copies. Also, if it was gradual, it may be a dirty scanner mirror(s) there are 5 or a lens issue either on the scanner or the ROS (laser)

I have blank copies on a
Xerox M15i.

The customer said the copy
quality was increasingly lighter
and lighter, now blank.

I exchanged the cartridges
with known good cartridges.

I exchanged the transfer
corotron with a known good
corotron.

I removed the low voltage
power supply and put in a
another machine and it works
fine.

I'm not aware of where the
high voltage ps is located.

I have no documentation.
