    DCP 770 with 042-327...

Started with 42-326. Cleaned patch sensor, cleaned belt underside (teflon cover over patch coming off), reset 741-105 to 0 (swear it was like 126 prior to reset?). Failed. Cleaned belt edge sensor, and reset 741-106 from 3 to 0. worked...briefly, then constant failure.
Purchased new IBT and cleaner assembly, installed, belt edge learn...worked for about 60 pages, barfed up 42-327. This will not clear, belt edge learn fails. Have re-centered belt like 15 times, fails -CREEPING TOWARDS FRONT OF MACHINE.
Watching (and listening) to belt steering motor/cam gear shows gear running counterclockwise and stalling out when it hits cam end notch. Shouldn't it be running clockwise during initialization (closing front door sw)?. Going back tomorrow with sledgehammer, will try belt edge sensor from DCP 700 (unknown condition).

UPDATE. ITB assembly works perfectly in another machine (700).
But I've got no idea where to go from here. Connectors, wiring, PWB...

MCU is probably bad.. It's different than a 700 so don't try to swap them out.

As an option you can send it to me to test. I'm located in Dallas TX. PM me
