We moved this machine from one area of the building to another. Previously was working fine but when moved it started copy off glass missing cyan color (Test Chart). Then sometimes will put cyan all over the page where you can see the actual copy underneath. I reseated the CCD connector with no luck. Cleaned the optics... The Cyan drum looks very used but seems like changing it wouldn't solve anything considering the prints from PC are great w/ no problems. Any help would be very appreciated....
