hello i got the risk and put the printhead in the oven for 40 minutes at 100 celcius then i put it back and i receive this error
93,985.00 and i noticed in waste tray pure yellow instead of the usual black
so i've killed it ? Thank you

93-982 to 93-985 errors mean ink load obstruction faults for black,magenta,cyan and yellow.
As result the BK M C and Y reservoirs not filled.
There are a long list of checkings need to be done for managed this error.
So , if you want to continue, get service manual and follow the proper procedures described there.

You've killed the printhead.

Not sure where you are, I should have some print heads available still. But I'm based in Europe, so better buy on eBay if you live outside of Europe.

Hello

Today we changed the Purge Pressure Pump and the printer showed no error. We broke that little plastic while trying to remove the printhead. We 'baked'

the printhead 2 times , it didn't get damaged but it didn't fix the missing jets issue either . We will buy a used printhead from ebay and hopefully will sort

all our problems.

I would sell you a new Printhead Cheap $225.00 but the shipping to Europe would kill you.
