Hi all,

I have a DocuCenter -V C3375 which is making a lot of noise when scanning and copying on DF.
Have checked the rollers and sensors and it all seems ok.

Your ideas may help.

to say it has a noise is really vague

when were the pickups replaced?

change the roller at the bottom. black color. sponge like.

usually that's the one causing noise during adf operation

if the noisy sound that immediately occurs after you close the adf cover. I'm still looking for the source too. it could be the rubber belt that is between plastic gear of adf pickup roller.

for usa version. this docucentre model is equivalent to workcentre 7435 or 7535
