Xerox dc 252: Heavyweight 3 crushes at Exit Gate

Problem: Heavyweight 3 paper crushes at 050K52540 Exit Gate claws. There is an dog ears at outbound half of leading edge. I prove Exit Gate with ruler and all is exact. Nothing is bulge out.

I'm checked and clean out everything in Inverter 1,2 transports.
Then I decide to adjust position of 121K33883 Reverse Inverter Solenoid which rules Exit Gate .

    1) In bottom position Heavyweight 3 is good, but any duplex not working: paper goes out to exit tray immediately (with jam) instead of inverter.
    2) About 2 mm above position: Heavyweight 3 crushes but duplex is a good.

Is it time to change 121K33883?

Sounds like you've already figured it all out. Solonoid need to be replaced. Pretty common problem on these. Be sure to put the new one back in at the normal position.
