Does anyone know what causes or what fixes this? I have tried a Windows system restore and the PWS repair utility. The only thing I may have done is run a BUS update with IE open. I am new to Xerox.
Everytime it stops working for me, it's typically after a windows update. If you don't have it, search for the release 12.x utility.
Anytime PWS goes bonkers, I run that, and it restores it to working.
HOPEFULLY Xerox will release a new software that works well with 10 & 11, since IE won't work, per se on 11.
You can run it in IE compatibility mode, but they really need to update that software & the edocs.

I think the you mean the "repair" utility. That usually does fix things but didn't fix my searchlite issue. My company's IT dept reloaded all the PWS software to fix it.
Sorry to those looking for an update, I didn't realize.
