Xerox C60 Jams at Fuser Exit & Error Code 077-103

Hey everyone, sorry to be one of those who's all take, no give...but thanks in advance.

I have upgraded to a C60 freshly off lease, which I do believe worked prior to moving the machine.

Now, on print, paper jams just before exiting en route to finisher and triggers 077-103 (Fusing Unit Exit Sensor Off Jam).

I had thought this was a leveling issue, however the paper does not exit the printer at all.

I've checked thoroughly and have not found any obstructions.

Photos of the paper as sitting when the exit door is opened, as well as paper as removed are below.

    Thanks!

I'm not working on Xerox brand machines however if paper stops at same place every time I've seen this when someone moved machine and forgot to plug in all cables from finisher into main body. Easy to check

          Hey, thanks!

Fuser turns freely by hand when removed.

          Total prints lifetime is 165,000.

When I open the exit door and manually hold down the door sensor, it sends the paper through with no problem. It appears to be encountering a problem between the fuser exit and the finisher. The rollers at the door do not seem to be firing up, and the clawed paper guides that flip up and down on the inside of the door will sometimes catch in the up position. I'm not sure if they are actuated or not...

Well isn't there a set of gears on the door you have open?
Close the door see if those rollers move another set of rollers.

I've tried it in every configuration: door closed with and without finisher causes jam. Door open does not.

I suspect it's the sensor inside the door. Curious if there's a way to bypass it for diagnostic?

I think that's what it may be.

Is there a way to bypass temporarily or test in diagnostics or with multimeter?

                  Thanks so much.

The sensor on the door in the upper right of your photo, check the actuator. Its the part that hangs down into the paper path. The paper needs to push it so that it moves the actuator out of the U shaped part (no longer blocking the sensor). The actuator just snaps into the rest of the sensor and is spring loaded to push it back in place after the paper passes it. It can be very easy for the actuator to pop out on one side.

I've checked both actuators and they both appear intact, return to their home positions appropriately, and are well seated. I cleaned both sensors, but there was no indication that they needed it.

The paper stops past the first and just shy of or at the second.

If I manually turn the rollers outside the door, the paper will feed out, but it is not visible from outside the door.

I am still getting the 077-103 error. I've logged into the repair menu but cannot figure the chain link codes to check the sensors.

                      Do these sensors go bad?

Sensor actuator on your pic is not at the same position as on pic I post.
                        That is reason for jam.
Paper do not actuate sensor on time.

                          Have you fixed the problem?
I have same 77-103 jam on some papers when printing full format (330x488 mm). One gets out normaly, second jams just near fuser rollers.

There are multiple reasons for this error:
decurler assy ( motor ), exit assy drive motor or clutch, fuser exit sensor, dry white plastidip on gears and so on. You must look what others error appear in machine faults history.
