[CQ] Charge Roll v2100 covered with toner

Hello everyone, I have a problem that the edges of the prints of 1 to 2 cm are smudged. The charge rollers are covered with toner at the ends (see photos) when cleaning everything, it reappears after a short time. The cleaning blade is unable to clean the toner in the drum. What can cause this?

the true is that this machine do not have an scheduled maintenance but I clean it at every call and this varies in time or print production for CQ, jams or hard shutdown for different causes. I wonder if a failed xerographic part as a drum cartridge , aged developer material ,or developer housing ,transfer belt can cause this problem.

sounds like a headache
