Good day everyone , we have a c60 that was subject to multiple power flickers during a storm which ultimately took out the ac ps, the mcu board and the smaller io board behind the controller chassis, the ess is due to be replaced but upon replacement all we get is a white screen, the edoc doesnt mention anything but doing firmware and moving the old bits to the new one, there was no sd card chassis or card on either the old or new ess board. the clock is damaged on the old ess board and the device refuses to make a colour copy and jams at registration but will print black and white with the same paper all day long. (this behavior only started after the power event).
Is there something special regarding installing firmware via USB that im missing after doing the ess? holding down power save while turning it on doesnt do anything (just constant white screen) where it goes into download mode on the original ESS board. Any input would be appreciated. The device just boots to white screen regardless of holding the energy saver button or not.
Thanks..
