Not surprisingly, you are correct... I did some digging and asked a trusted source, and there is an SD card, however, it is EXTREMELY hidden!

You have to remove a metal plate to access the location the Edoc is pointing to, but it is a connector, not an SD card slot. You have to completely remove the ESS module, and from the side there is another screw you remove, and then ANOTHER little metal plate comes off, and only then does an SD card slot appear, it is on the UNDERSIDE of the board.

It is much much, more hidden than on the smaller machines where you can just access it from the back.

I looked and looked and looked, and was sure the documentation must be wrong... haha I have never had any issue with the SD card, so never had need to hunt it down.

Here is a video my friend uploaded to YouTube, just to help explain. Note, this is for a Versant 80/180/280 (they all use the same ESS PWB), but the C60/C70 design is essentially the same.

Thank you i found it finally too the same way you did and once i swapped the SD card the device booted and the other NVM setting got the machine to print in colour too. I want to say thank you to all of the understanding and awesome members of this forum for all of their assistance. That SD card was annoying to find and had another TECH look with me and initially neither of us could find the sd card even with the board in our hands!

All of your assistance is greatly appreciated.
      Thank you.
      A.
