whats is the error code?

a lot of causes:
1. fuser motor
2. fuser film compatible quality... mostly happens in higher speed machine.
3. thermostat

The error can be caused by dirty or worn parts, temperature sensor error, firmware problem, electrical,... to be sure and fix it immediately, I think you should take it to a repair shop to have a more realistic and objective view.

Have you already replaced the fuser, but does the problem keep coming back?

What is error code? From memory If it is 310-330 then replacing fuser should solve the problem.
