I'll avoid all the obvious criticisms of your troubleshooting...

Are they completely blank or just washed out?

Completely blank could mean laser shutter is stuck closed or bad laser.

Washed out could mean bad developer unit or lack of drive to the developer unit.

Washed out could also mean lack of transfer- transfer rollers typically don't go "bad" but they can be unseated.

Transfer and developer bias can also point back to voltage board. Some machines have one High Voltage board for everything. Some models have specific boards for charge, transfer, developer biases.


Any error codes?

Some times The first page is OK.
And the next are blank page

Other times, the fist page is ok and next print halft and next blanks.
