I have received this error on my 6-month-old c60.
093-935 An invalid Cyan Toner [C] Cartridge CRUM data has been detected
I have tried 2 different chips.
My service person gave me two possible options
1 / The toner chips are faulty or more likely since it has happened with (2) cartridges......
- 2/ The toner you have is chipped for a metered machine.
I have been using the same toner/chip vendor for years, so I think neither answer is correct, or the vendor made a mistake.
I have searched this, but I saw no answer. I am wondering if there could be some other mechanical reason for the cartridge failure.
There is toner in the dispenser shoot so that it may be the motor, and I am inclined to think it's the motor.
When I inserted the cartridge, it showed a toner level, so I think the NFC reader is ok, but then it would revert to unrecognized when a print was started.
I have ordered 2 chips and a new cartridge, but I wonder if it is just a symptom, not the real problem.
Thanks
