weird cyan yellow magenta pattern FX Docucentre v C5575 / altalink C8055 / WC 7955

I have a machine, machine model is fuji xerox Docucentre V C5575 , equivalent of xerox altalink C8055 or xerox workcentre 7955 (sorry if I am wrong).

customer states that this problem is intermittent. sometimes there are weird yellow, cyan, and magenta pattern during printing.

things I have done to try solve the problem
1. replace drum unit, cyan, magenta, yellow.
2. replace developer cyan, magenta, and yellow (check the seals and housing, everything is good)
3. Check the transfer belt, it's clean outside and inside.

machine uses original toner, developer, and drum.

anybody got suggestion?

I would take out the ITB assy and take off the ITB to see how the BUR and 1st BTR's are looking.

What I have done so far:
1. Replace BTR unit.
2. Replace IBT unit.
3. Replace the board / power supply for BTR and IBT.

and still the mark is there. Not always, but sometimes...

Tomorrow I will replace the whole machine. Bring back to workshop and try troubleshoot.
