    Prolibro down?

Myself and a few other techs can't get prolibro to work. It just sits there with a blank screen saying "loading".
One tech already had it open a day or two ago and his is working.
Just to make sure it isn't our network, I hot spotted to my phone. Sam thing.
    Anyone else having issues?

I just received this from Prolibro.

There are no issues with ProLibro itself, but a few partners experienced problems following a Windows update last week. This may be due to the techs not being online with ProLibro long enough for updates, leading to corruption.
          • Please have them go to GSN Library 17371 to download the latest version and reload it. If this doesn't resolve the issue, they will need to uninstall and then install the latest version. I recommend trying to reload on top first, as this will save them from having to re-download the books.
          • This should resolve the issue 99.9% of the time. If not, please reach out to me for further instructions, though this should not be necessary.

I was able to get it to work by running the uninstall wizard included in the Program Files and then installing fresh. Thanks a ton!

Hello guys, I have the same problem, i have problem sign in to Xerox Prolibro Windows program. 3 Days ago I start the program and it was saying refreshing library, but nothing happened. I try to uninstall the program and installed again, but the issue is still the same. I try with Microsoft, but it’s the same problem, it just give me the same message every time:

Sorry, but we’re having trouble signing you in.
AADSTS50020: User account 'primoz.fertin@panna.si' from identity provider 'https://sts.windows.net/34e3b8be-efd7-4719-8a75-6ed8d6d4414e/' does not exist in tenant 'Xerox' and cannot access the application 'd37e33ec-b29b-4fa8-8584-6297716c61e3'(proLibro - Your ebooks, evolved) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account.

                Any solutions?

                Tnx in advance!

You will have to contact Xerox. I had the same problem, and they had to enter my email again to get it working. Send an email, with either the screenshot or copy what you
                  wrote above.

                  prolibro.feedback@xerox.com

Then they will send that to Xerox(accounts), and you'll probably get an email from Xerox to correct it. It took me about 3-4 days of back & forth to get it finally working.
                  Red tape...ain't it great! 🤬
