Please could someone advise& explain whts going on with magenta print out issue

hi

i am really appreciated someone could advise with print test pattern 30 % a lot of straight line is it due on magenta developer tank

first , reading 0 when enter atc sensor setup, correction offset only the magenta reading is 0 , the barcode number is correct (picture 1)

second while print out test pattern with 30 % there was a lot straight line

third new set of ori drum, replace dv tank and developer still same porblems

please could advice wht can i do next

my guess with the machine model, is docucentre C2200 C3300?


original developer ? new / used?
original developing unit? new / used?

white lines usually LPH is shot or something is blocking in the developing unit area.

yes i did clean optics for the laser clean the laser my color machine model c6500

have you try printing 30% tone with black, cyan and yellow?

any white lines?

yes even test yellow no issue only magenta is not only white line will print out magenta it like something wrong with magenta , even replace new drum unit magenta developer and tank also same problem
could be laser or could contact point dvtank to back side?

can you swap laser magenta with laser cyan / yellow /black?

then try print 30% half tone again. see whether the problem change to the other color.

if changed, that means the laser is shot

against each laser flat cable can be exchange ?
