After a few back & forth's, maybe they will get it fixed.Comment

Installed it this morning and had a quick play, suitably 'clunky' but 'OK'.. not sure why some models have two manuals to choose from to download though..
Anyone any knowledge yet on how well it works when 'off-line'? or how updates etc. are handled?Comment

I got mine working finally. NOW they know my name isn't Brian I guess.
You ever get the feeling Xerox is a BIG Fan of Rube Goldberg? How many hoops
do you have to jump through to get thinks working.Comment

Re: New edoc program coming
The only thing I am not liking so far is the inability to search Eureka tips for multiple machines at the same time. At the moment you can only use searchlite (now community) from within the book itself, whereas before I could search multiple model's tips because the fault would be applicable to multiple machines.Comment

What's the trick to get edge to bring up the gsn website?
When I try to go to>> Global Service Net Login Page, once you
login, it keeps saying the site is not secure?Comment

Re: New edoc program coming
Hi all, I installed this extension to Google Chrome to enable getting to GSN and it works: IE Tab - Chrome Web Store
You have to go to the extension set up and add https://www.xrxgsn.com/secure/index.ihtml i.e https:// www. xrxgsn . com/secure/index.ihtml (without the spaces) so it knows which site/s to work with. To get there hit the three vertical dots, then 'more tools' then 'extensions' and scroll to 'extension options' and click the box on the right:

The first time you try to access the site it will ask you to download and run a 'helper', it does explain why, something to do with rendering that's not part of Chrome IIRC.
Hope that helps!Comment

Re: New edoc program coming
Had a pop up Monday morning "new features available". It just was the prolibro program I guess.
Noticed a couple more machines were added.Comment

Re: New edoc program coming
There is proLibro on/in the play store but it requires an email and password to log in, I couldn't find a way to use the Microsoft authenticator to log in as we do on a PC.
So I think that's the full blown thing rather than a Xerox related one.Comment
