Can't print on Workcentre 7125 (pagepack)

Hi,

I've a problem with my workcentre 7125 bought used since more 2 years. When I've purchased it, i doesn't know there is a pagepak with it .. and this pagepack is now expired ..
I don't need pagepack, so someone could you please help me to reconfigure this printer to sold printer ? (serial 3326231320 ).
I'm very bored, I have some documents to print, and I don't..

Hi, no, always the same problem :-(
I've updated firmware and change the HDD, but, the pb is always on :-(

I found a code generator on the web, but it gives a code with 8 numbers (only numbers, not any letters, bas length), so it doesn't seem to be the good one...

I generated a code with your S/N if you want to try : 18364248

I think the one i got is for old black and white machines.

try replacing the toners, they probably have run out of service life with the package

Do you think, I can test with by buying one toner and see if he is desactivate, or I sould buy the 4 toners ?

I asked a colleague, I have not tried it myself, it is for a WC 3655i which indicates to me '' all the courtesy pages have been used .... '', I have put the toner in order and I can let you know

After, I've changed chip of toner, and always the same ...

I can't print on my printer.
It's very frustrating issue ..

Try this. Insert 4 SOLD toners and close front door. Turn the printer off (both switches). Turn the printer on.

I've do this, but, Magenta toner is on error.
I've change Magenta Druml too, I've to change Cyan Drum.

No, i've an error 10-333, I've change the fuser, but always error ..
