I had a 5875 with fuser jams. The rollers were worn out, I put in a new 109R773 and it said the fuser was not compatible. So I had to use the old crum to make it work. Any ideas why it happens? This has happened on two different 5875s.

Probably bad crum. Ask the vendor for replacement.
