any tech facing a problem when paper exit almost 1 inch from machine ,paper always gets wrinkle then paper jam. so i asks my customer to pull the paper then paper comes out as normal..any solution?

clean all transport rolls and you may be have to change fabric guide and fuser roll

i had replaced fabric guide ,fuser roll and plate a and b bt problem remains same.so ,i do some adjustment at the pinch roller (loosen 7mm nut x 2pcs) then problem solved .thanks so much for your reply

hi guys ,do you know how to enter color license key in synergix scanner ?i know xes homepage fr Australia but is it using network cable to active the color scanner ?

now my customer having CQ issue ,i had do electro series setup and repalce drum,corotron repair kit and scorotron but after 10-20 A1 print CQ become dirty and high background.help

Check to see that the discharge lamp above the drum is still ok. I have had plent fail on 8825/ 8830

Hi there,
I have a Xerox 8825 DDS plotter that my boss bought from a going out of business office about 3years ago. The machine has been sitting in the storage since then, now I gotta figure out how to connect it to my laptop and if it is still capable of plotting. My problem is its data cable needs a converter (to hook up with my Lenovo G550) I dont know what it is called and where I can buy it.
Also, any suggestions for finding a user manual that has a step by step guide to installation will be very helpful.

Hi. first of all you have to check the toner concertration .Enter diagn.9-21 then strike the 4 button you must see a value about 5.6 this is the default .Check to see if this val.goes up and down.If this happened stop the diagn open the drum cartridge and pull out erase lamp assy put it aside( still connected ) and do the diagn.again check the leds of the erase assy.They must all lite.After that
(if leds are ok) do 9-21 and strike 6 this is the machine stabilize routine .Change of developer material is a good solution to.I do this very often

forgot to say if the value of 9-21(4) is very hi (ex.7.0) you must replace the toner sensor to if is very low (ex.5.2) change the dev.material dont try to do electrostatics routine it is difficult for someone who doesnt have the exper. on this
