    excess toner usage, C6000 printer

Have a customer that has a HIGH toner usage on a C6000. 30K prints, have already used over 3 sets
of toner cartridges. Yeah, it's a higher usage per page, but still, that sounds excessive to say the least.
I'm not the tech, just posting to find answers.

The Gauguin series are all production quality printers. My endusers often ran 200% image fill and higher. One printer loved negative images (white text on dark color backgrounds) which use a ton of toner.

Then, even when they use black low image fill, the machine recognizes the low image fill, and intersperses blocks of toner between the pages at prescribed intervals to prime the drum & transfer blades, and to prevent the color developing units from overtoning.

These customers do heavy fill images. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Well, that's what I told the salesman...but you know how THEY are.
