    Xerox WC7830 Problem

    hello guys problem with Xerox wc7830 the scan always have cyan background all over the page what we can do for it guys?

    Try suppression on for scanning.

        From my experience scan with cyan background was resolved by changing suppression or set lighter up +1 +2.
        Have you check if copies are also affected?. Try scan from adf and glass to see if there is any difference. Are you scanning duplex? If your copies are also affected or just one side then it can be faulty small board I think they call it pyxis board but that was for copy not only scan problems

          Did you try swapping the cyan drum with yellow? If it changes, it's the drum.
