Hi community
Here it is, my first Post. And my first time i dont find the Problem in time.
Found here solutions for many problems and it saved me a lot of time. Thanks to all for there contribution.
I have a Versant 80 here, where the Cyan is not printing correctly.
What i already did:
- Swapped Drums (Yellow->Cyan)
- Replaced the Developer Housing (Took from one that had to be replaced, Printing Quality there was around 85%, but printed cyan very well)
- Cleaned out the 2nd BTR (Had to clean it anyway...)
- Componenttest on Drum motor (It sounds at least..)
There are no strange noises or a lot of cyan toner around...
Usually the boxes just throw error codes around, but in this case there is no error code, which is also very strange.
When I disassembled the machine for the first time, I found a scraped off drum on Cyan and the missing drumsurface was on the Developer magnetic roller.
But now that everything is replaced (drum and developer housing) I am a bit desperate.
Before I now disassemble everything and go for the motors, I wanted to share my results, maybe someone already knows such a picture and can save me a lot of time
Thanks!
Alex
Here how the Testprint looks:
