Help with Xerox WC7830

Hello guys machines printing with good quality
But when copying it is very bad as photo attached I tried change scanner unit
Software update change mcu nothing change same copying as attached.
Any idea to help

Update Spar software to latest ver.
, perform white reference adjustment using paper with brightness of 98% or higher as written in the manual.
Reseat the ribbon cable in the optics that goes between the CCD assembly and the IIT pwb. Or replace:
1. Ribbon cable between CCD and IIT.
2. CCD assembly.
3. IIT PCB.
