[Dead] Versant 180 - stuck gears - nasty sound

We have a Versant 180 that stopped during printing. There was a nasty grinding sound of gears that one of them did not rotate.
We checked the IBT cleaner 042K94700, and a cog wheel was stuck on that.
Bought a new one, but still the machine make same noise.
It seems to be from the back side of the machine, about the back side of the IBT cleaner.

Any suggestion what to do?
I have tried to find a video of how to remove back panel to access all gears on back side without luck.
Maybe need a service manual for that.

I would recommend getting a trained service engineer to have a look, you could do more harm than good taking the back of the machine apart.
