D125 error 10 330

Hello all
Today we have a fuser motor failure 10 330 but the motor runs fine
all the rollers, gears and bearings are fine
since we have two of these machines I swapped the fusers and the fault followed the fuser to the other machine
since the last time I saw this code it was the lower roller so I replaced this one as well to no avail

I just can't find anything wrong with it
what am I missing

if it followed the fuser module, then the issue is right there. i would rebuild that fuser module i know you said you replaced the pressure roll, so it may be the fuser roll bearings are seizing up when the pressure roll is cammed in.
