    Versant 180 drum life

I worked on a Versant 180 that ran 60k over the last 9 months. The drums were almost new then, and now they show 0% and OK. I replaced one and it now reads 100% like expected.

Is the something in searchlite about resetting drum life, reading the crums, an nvm to check/reset? I read about this issue with toner. Any help is appreciated.

It doesn't stop the machine at 0% though does it? It thought it just ran over and on, but just displayed the message?

Thanks, as long as the quality holds up, they are ok with that.

The last question, totally different topic but still Versant 80. The waste toner bottle prompts you to order a replacement, then later asks to be replaced. My customer ignored it and now the direct pipe is locking up. Normal, right?
