For special altboot you need additional files not just dlm software file.

Thanks, it's clear now! I probably restore these files in the machine to their initial value. Only the service center has these files, I think so. Or you can find them...
I added another file, maybe this is it?

Dlm file from xerox site is for customer to upgrade working machine.

yeah, I know ! I found exactly the required firmware file, but did not create the folder ---EFI
with the download files .... and so the machine updated normally and updated all the components and after the reboot it began to ask for a password ... I met people who did it according to the same scheme and the result was like mine ....
they promised to give me all the files like in your photo with...

You have to use all files from same software level.
Full software is about 750mb and if usb altboot do not help then pws altboot is only solution

Hi Bros,
I had the same trouble on my B&W Altalink B8145 when i installed new HDD.
I created a USB alboot
placed it inside:
DISABLE_DATA_BACKUP
FORCED_UPGRADE
XeroxAltalink_B8145-B8155_ALTBOOT_system-sw#11401301128800#ENG_MOD
I cannot downloaded the Special Alboot folder.
I need your help to solve my trouble.
