Anyone knows where I can find the part that the catridge connects with in the copier and the tonner door switch for the Xerox Workcentre Pro 428?

Xerox workcentre pro 428
I am having problems with the above machine. I replaced the tonner/drum catridge and it has brought up the error ode J8-1. I have tried to even use the chip from the previous catridge but it keeps bringing up the same error code. I have also tried a completely different catride and it still brings up the error code. what could be he problem? please help!
