1. Perform the ?Store Engine NVRAM? procedure on page 6-21 of the Service Manual. This will write the current engine print count, RegiCon values and other important engine NVRAM parameters to the HDD.
2. Replace all four developer housing assemblies (P/N 116-1783-00) and beads (P/N 116-1784-00 through 116-1787-00) following the procedure on page 8-25 of the Service Manual.
3. Replace the Engine Control Board (P/N 116-1811-00) following the procedure on page 8-42 of the Service Manual, this will set all the developer life counters back to zero.
4. Restore Engine NVRAM values by following the ?Diagnostic Engine NVRAM Reset? on page 6-20 of the Service Manual.
5. Enter the developer housing?s new ATC values into Engine NVRAM by following the ?ATC Sensor Setup? procedure on page 6-14 of the Service Manual
