    xerox dc 186/156 show H1-2000 an error has occurred some features may be unavailable please contact the system adminstrator....who know this problem..please help .....thanks

          hi ,this code appears due to the following tray 2 lift up fail...

          1)remove tray 2 and chk for paper stuck inside(remove tray 1 for clear view)
          2)reinstall tray 2 can heard motor lift up?
          3)execute diagnotics [8-13 tray 2 lift up motor on]
