Xerox phaser 8560 error code and MK(oil roller) problem

Customer called with poor fill in /white streaking 1/2" wide up and down right side of page. Customer got this after changing oil roller maintenance kit. My first call on this series printer. When I plled out oil roller tray from right side of printer I noticed that the metal spring plate on the rigt side near handle was standing up as opposed to being underlip of tray as on other end of tray. I adjusted so under lip.
Then ran the procedure that fills in jet spots that are blnk by choosing ink color and jet number that was blank on white stripe test sheet. Was improving and when I tried printing white stripe test sheet machine went into WIPER/MEDIA DRIVE FAULTS. error codes 08,007.41 + 08,045.43 + 08,035.42. When I checked thed Drum Maint. Kit(oil roller) it was up on right side and resistant to removal. I guess it was in cycle when error code occurred. Any help on correcting this problem is appreciated. Frank/ActionPhotocopy

Very likely that the camshafts have broken. The Drum Maintenance Camshaft 020K14800 presses the Pivot Plate into the oil roller. It's apparent that this is one of your issues, because when it's cracked it goes out of phase, preventing the oil roller from coming out.

The other camshaft, 008K02160, Transfix Camshaft is probably broken too. And the Media Path Drive Motor 807E23090may be broken too

Thanks very much to all. The customer bought an HP printer and decided not to go further on servicing hte Xerox. I gave customer bill for service rendered and wrote on bill about defective maintenance kit in caase customer wanted to take it up with Xerox. Frank
