    Document centre 425dc adf not detecting documents.

    Doesn't detect documents. photo interrupt sensor doesn't light up. swapped it out as well as paper in sensor. Harness appeared to be pinched and I swapped out and it started to work then went back to not detecting originals. Swapped adf main board and and connector from main board to base. Any help is appreciated very much. Frank

      Does ADF close fine and fits the platen glass? Maybe there is gap between ADF and platen glass and the copier thinks that ADF in not closed.
