    Docucolor 250 too much magenta

Hi, My docucolor 250 is printing a very deep red color instead of magenta.

    What could be the problem?

first check print from diagnostic and if print from diagnostic is ok then check fiery, maybe will need to reload system software on it.

Reloaded the Fiery but no change still too much red density. Start up page is also having too much red in the print in the image

It seems you need to adjust the baseline colors on the 250. You can only do that with PWS.

Too much magenta again on DC 250

The problem has recurred again. It seems to come and go. It seems it was not the drum after all!

Check mag dev tank bar code number has been entered correctly into m/c diagnostic.
perform full max-setup with white ref and cal adjustment.
                That should do the job.

max setup must done correctly and check all consumables life before perfom setup.
