First encounter with PE20i yesterday. Machine says to wait warming up then says ready with a p.1 in lower right corner of display then back to warming up and keeps alternating and never goes to ready . Never saw a code. Whemachine is first turned on the toner symbol lights up briefly before going into warmup mode but I never saw it stop and say change toner or give an error code. Maybe I didn't wait long enough but it seemed like several minutes. I suspected low toner. It was a garage and I met customer there and he took machine out of car and put onto a box so everything was under abnormal circumstances Any help is appreciated. Frank/ ActionPhotocopy
