Need Help! Xerox Workcentre 7132

I have a Xerox Workcentre 7132 that keeps displaying code 092-310, I read from this forum that I should change the developer housing, which I did and the problem (092-310) is still there. On the Developing (Kit Installation Instructions) it says that after installing the Developer Housing I should enter UI Diagnostic Mode, but I dont know how to get to the UI Diagnostic Mode because the only thing the Copier displays is 092-310. Also it is noted that when Installing a new Developer Housing, I must add developer material to the new housing prior to installing Developer Housing into Machine. So what I want to know is, is there anything else I can do since I already installed a new developer housing? How can I get to the UI Diagnostic mode? Where on the Developer Housing am I supposed to add the Developer Material? and where can I buy the Developer Material?

However, to resolve the fault code 092-310 completely, you need to find out the cause of any failure of NVM locations 752-095 to 752-109.

Access UI Diagnostics by following the procedures below.
Entering UI Diagnostics

1. At the Control Panel, press and hold the 0 key for 5 seconds, then press the Start button while still pressing the 0 key.
   The CE Mode - Password Entry screen will appear.
2. Enter the Access Number 6789 and press Confirm.
   The colors on the display are reversed to indicate that UI Diagnostics mode is active.

Accessing Diagnostic routines


WorkCentre 7132 Maintenance/Diagnostics entry.

1. Press the Log In/Out button on the Control Panel.
   Select System Settings.
   Select Common Settings.
2. Select Maintenance/Diagnostics.
