DC12 missing lead edge of magenta and yellow

I have a DC12 which is missing the first half sheet of an A3 print when printing a 100% magenta sheet and the first 2.5 inches when printing a 100% yellow. Black and cyan however are 100% ok.

Any help/suggestions would be great thanks
