    10-377 in Dc12

    Hi,
    Can anyone help me with 10-377 in Dc12?

    I hv replaced all 4 thermistors, Heater rods glow momentarily & the code is flashed.

      10-377 External Heat Roll Control Thermistor Failure RAP

      on ext.roll you have only 2 thermistor, probably you have replaced thermistor on Heat and Pressure roll.

          replace the IOT driver (THE ROOT OF ALL ERRORS). only solution. replacing thermistors wont help.
