Phaser 7400dn printing slow

Hi guys , We have a phaser 7400dn that prints extremely slow when printing from tray 2 .The paper comes out very slow we have checked all motors .When we print from tray 1 mpt the speed is normal ,it would do this even when we print config pages.We have checked all paper sizes and types.
