    Xerox XC 1020

    This machine flashes between \"0\" and \"1\" in the display at power on. Holding the print key displays a \"00\". No motor or fan noise, none of the other keys work. Once in a while it will flash between \"P\" and \"F\", with the drum light blinking. These codes do not show in my Intravia. I tried sim 14 and sim 16. It started the PF after sim 16inch: . If I reset the drum count with sim 24 when the \"PF\" is flashing, the machine goes dead, have to power off, open and close to get it to power up again, but it goes back to the original \"0\" and \"1\". Any ideas? Visual inspection of the boards and coronas look o.k.

      Just a thought, but have you checked with The Parts Drop? Website is www.partsdrop.com and the phone number is (201)387-7776. They are usually pretty helpful!

          Thanks, but we sold the customer a used machine. That Parts Drop website looks pretty good, though. Bookmarked ot for future use.
