    wc 7132 black developer material draining out

    Hi,

    I have changed the developer housing 2 times and the error still occurs.
    Only black developer material draining out from dev. house.

    this developer it's original ....? ...and how much calibration have this developer housing ??

      Same old problem...
      Adjust trim bar at 0.55mm;
      Be careful when you reinstall;
      If you want to replace only developer, recover all black toner catdrige, remove orange cover and you will find developer!

        the developer housing are both orginal and they have the "k" thats indicate brand new iten. One of the dev. house that has been changed, goes empty without drain any developer material. The problem with trim bar has been tried, but not have any results. I think maybe a problem with the HVPS?!?!?!

            There is a known problem wiht housings.. the trimer bar is not good... replacing defective housing is just a temp solution... usually it comes back...

              What is the problem with the 7132 housings? And with the 7345 housings?

                7345 don't have any known issues with developer housings... but 7132 or 7232 have a bad housing design.. developer material is leaking and also going in to the waste...
