I'm new to the forum and tried searching this issue out before I asked...
I have a DocuColor 6060 with a problem that seems like it should be easy to solve, I just need a push in the right direction. I have checked all the REPs and RAPs and I'm still not sure. The fuser seems to be building up a large amount of spent toner that is turning to a goo near where the fuser web interfaces with the cleaner roll. I tested the fuser web motor and it appears to be working. However, after a few hundred images the web and the rollers are all gummed up with toner again, and the gummy used toner is transferring to the prints. Thank you for any help you can provide. Devon
