Xerox Workcentre 5675 Folding Trouble

Okay, it was working just fine, then suddenly started acting up. If we tell it to just FOLD, it works fine, if we tell it to just STAPLE, it works fine, even on 2 staples. IF we tell it to FOLD AND STAPLE, it folds incorrectly about 2 inches down the page and staples in the correct location. Is there a way to reset fold option or to adjust where it folds?

We also just noticed that on the CONFIG REPORT it says "FINISHER FOLDER: not present".

Did it lose the option some how?

This is the WC 5675 with the PROFESSIONAL FINISHER.
